馬漢寶（國立臺灣大學名譽教授，前司法院大法官）
民國15年（1926）農曆11月27日生。上海國立復旦大學法律系肄業（1944-47），國立臺灣大學法律系畢業（1950）；美國哈佛大學、哈佛大學法學院研究（1964、1975-76）。
曾任國立臺灣大學法律學系暨法律研究所教授（1964-1999）、考試院考試委員（1972-1982）、司法院大法官（1982-1994）、中央研究院評議員（1984-2002）。先後應聘在美國西雅圖華盛頓大學法學院（1971、1989）、奧地利維也納大學法學部（1981-82）、香港大學法學院（1991）、加拿大英屬哥倫比亞大學法學院（1994）、美國紐約市哥倫比亞大學法學院（1995），擔任客座教授。並曾應邀為法國法蘭西學院（College de France）訪問講座（1993）、美國哈佛大學法學院東亞法律研究所首任（1998）「李多慈傑出學人講座」（Jules Chen Ing Chang Ritholz Distinguished Lectureship）、中國北京大學法學院訪問教授（1999）。現任國立臺灣大學名譽教授，東吳大學法學院兼任教授。
